Awesome Beach House

Wonderful stay! New property, beautiful furnishings and steps to beach. The View looked perfect for our family and we were not disappointed! We highly recommend this property.

Property was Great! We have rented properties in the past where the pictures and text were far better than our actual experience. Not this one! It was beautiful, clean, lots of room and right on the beach. Can't wait to do it again next year!

Fabulous stay

Our family had the best time staying here for the week. The house was so clean and had everything from beach towels in all the rooms to a gourmet kitchen. Everything was so well stocked. They even have some beach chairs and beach/pool floats. We've been renting on St. George Island for over 20 years but decided to come to St. Augustine Beach because there's more to do with the kids (ages 5,8,10). We all loved the pool and hot tub as well. We could walk to the ice cream store, which was just a block away, and it was so easy to drive into St. Augustine for shopping and dinner. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you for such a fabulous experience!

Exactly as pictured

This is a beautiful property in a great location. My only complaint would be please include more basic supplies. We arrived and had to immediately go to store for soap they provide a tiny little soap in each bathroom , toilet paper ( the one they provide is like sand paper) , hand wash , etc... We stay in a lot of high end properties , with I would consider this property, and have never had such cheap basics. In their defense it was listed what would be provided. It just takes away from a high end feel. I am sure they probably rent to multiple families but we were one family paying a lot of money to stay and expected a little more of a

" catered to feeling " . Bedding is starting to look a bit used and master bedding needs an update. Overall, a fabulous stay !

Family adventure 2023

We all loved this property!

We enjoyed the restaurants nearby and the ice cream shops! We all enjoyed Marineland, The Alligator Farm, miniature golf, St Augustine and the beach! The pool at the property was a wonderful bonus!
